The Hospitality Rooms are:
Room 535 - Roanoke, Danville and Lynchburg
Room 438 - Alexandria, Richmond
Room 336 - Newport News, Portsmouth & Norfolk.
Just to make you aware, the Holiday Inn Tanglewood is sold out for the conference.
We have talked to the Sleep Inn at 4045 Electric Rd and checked out their rooms and decided to use this for our overflow hotel. The Sleep Inn is about half a mile from the Holiday Inn. (See map)

As it comes closer to the Conference time, there could be rooms opening up at the Holiday Inn with cancellations occurring. If you have any questions, please contact me.
